The Wisconsin Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) is a tool to improve patient care and safety and to reduce the abuse and diversion of prescription drugs. It contains information submitted to it by pharmacies and practitioners, including physicians, dentists, advance practice nurse prescribers, and others, about monitored prescription drugs dispensed to patients in Wisconsin.
